In the event of a cancellation/ no show, Beauty Lounge By Cailey LLC asks that you cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation/ no show fee of 100% of total service/services scheduled. Each client receives a text reminder and confirmation 2 days before the scheduled appointment time, so if you need to cancel, this would be the ideal time to do so. If you fail to show up for an appointment your card may be charged the cancellation fee. If cancellations/ no shows happen consistently, Beauty Lounge By Calley LLC has the right to dismiss a client and their appointments at any time. The client may also be asked to put a non refundable deposit down to reserve their appointment time.
